For film post-production, Kantana provides a full-range of services such as film processing, sound studio, and high-end post production.  As one of the largest post-production providers in Asia, with more than 12 years expertise, Kantana is trusted by all major Thai film studios and over 30 international film studios. 

For film processing, Kantana partnered with Deluxe Laboratories Inc., world's largest film lab. The involvement with Deluxe provides transfer of its production technology and world-class film lab management to Kantana.  Our modern film lab uses latest equipment along with integration of high-security to protect our client's intellectual property.

Kantana film lab provides full range of film processing and printing services for Thailand and international feature films, including various languages overlay subtiling, negative cutting, color analyzer, optical effect, optical sound transfer, film cleaning, and release print copy to be screened in cinemas.  Our film lab was the first of Asia to receive ISO9001:200 from Joint Accreditation System Australia and New Zealand (JAZ-ANZ) for the provision of cinematographic film processing and printing.  In addition, our film lab provides for secure intellectual property production by using "Cap-Code" system for every release print.  We operates the film lab under strick Motion Pictures Association of America (MPA) security system by providing 24 hour security guard, keycard access system, double-locked store room, closed CCTV camera system to ensure our client's copyrighted materials are protected in the best way possible. 

Our film lab clients included leading Thai film studios such as Sahamongkol Film, GTH, RS Film, plus all top international film studios such as Twentieth Century Fox, Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, Combila Tristar, United International Pictures (UIP), Walt Disney Pictures, Dreamwork SKG, Focus Entertainment, Lionsgate Entertaion, and Lakeshore Entertainment Group.

For sound production, Kantana provides full audio dubbing and mixing services for Thailand and international feature films, confirming to Dolby SRD, DTS, THX, and Dolby Surround EX systems.  The services comprise of recording, sound effects, foley, sound stage, voice dubbing /ARD in many languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Philippines, etc.) editing/track laying, premix, and final mix. 

Kantana sound studio was the first in Thailand approved by Dolby Laboratories Inc. to install facilities equipped with Dolby SRD.  Our clients include Thai major stuios, MediaCorp Raintree Pictures and Boku Films from Singapore, and Hollywood studios such as Twentieth Century Fox, Warner Brothers, Disney Character Voice International, Columbia Tristar Buena Vista Film (Thailand) and United International Pictures (UIP).

For post-production, Kantana's subsidiary Oriental Post Co., Ltd. (50/50 JV with Loxley), provides comprehensive high-end post-production facilities to Thai and international feature films.  Oriental Post supports production in film and digital intermediate system (DI).  Services include digital compositing in PAL, NTSC, HD 24p in multi-format (HD-Cam and HD-D5), telecine (transfer from film-to-tape, tape-to-tape, disk-to-disk), all the way to digital editing and special effect creation. Oriental Post was awarded 12th Supanahong (Thai's Oscar) for Best Visual Effect for feature film titled "Mekhong Fullmoon" and the 15th Supanahong for Best Visual Effect for feature film "Jom Ka-Mung Vet".
